dp786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the reasonable request of a User exercising self-exclusion rights. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their original payment method after all relevant checks are completed.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login or real-money Wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. dp786 may charge an administrative inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month against the Account Balance of inactive Accounts, provided the Balance is sufficient. dp786 will notify Users by registered email before any inactivity fees are applied.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dp786 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds credited to your dp786 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered before real-money Balance is used.
dp786 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. dp786 may request evidence of your source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dp786 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
All sports betting markets and casino games offered on dp786 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other error during a live game session or bet placement, dp786 will use all available data to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account Balance.
dp786 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, integrity violations, or pricing errors. In cases where odds are published in error due to a technical fault, dp786 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds.
All content on the dp786 platform — including but not limited to logos, software, graphics, game assets, text, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of dp786 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
